When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We use UPS Ground (standard) or Overnight Air shipping based on the method selected at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $35. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with estimated delivery details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can’t locate the package, check common drop-off areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors), then reach out to us if it’s still missing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But if something isn’t right, please reach out to us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

To view your store credit balance: visit our site and click the account icon in the top-right corner of any page. Log in using the email address you used during checkout. Once logged in, you'll see any active store credit or gift card balance associated with your account
