1. Make the brown sugar syrup:
In a small pot, combine the brown sugar and water. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Let the syrup cool completely, then store it in an airtight container.
2. Add the milk and Espresso Concentrate:
Mix 2 Tbsp of NESCAFÉ Espresso Concentrate and 12 oz of milk into a glass with ice.
3. Add the syrup:
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the brown sugar syrup to the espresso and stir.
4. Top with cold foam:
Pour desired amount of cold foam on top and sprinkle with brown sugar crystals.
